1. Who we are

Yashotantra Technologies Private Limited ("Yashotantra", "we", "us") is a private limited company registered in India with its registered office at Akola, Maharashtra, India.

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any engagement you enter into with us unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

2. Services

We provide digital product engineering — web platforms, Android and iOS apps, custom software, AI integrations and chatbots — and we assemble and supply high-performance workstations and related hardware.

Anything described on this website is indicative. Actual scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in the written proposal or quote we issue for your project.

3. Quotes, fees and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes, which are charged at the applicable Indian rates.

Unless agreed otherwise, software engagements are billed against milestones and hardware builds require payment before dispatch. Invoices are payable within 15 days of issue.

We may pause work on materially overdue invoices after written notice.

4. Delivery, changes and acceptance

We deliver in agreed milestones and include a reasonable revision window on each, as set out in the proposal.

Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately. Timelines assume timely feedback, content and access from your side.

5. Hardware

Workstations and components carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you. We are not the manufacturer and do not extend or replace those warranties.

Warranty cover can be voided by physical damage, unauthorised modification, incorrect power supply or overclocking beyond the delivered configuration.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the bespoke deliverables built for you transfers to you.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences.

We may reference the engagement in our portfolio in general terms unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Liability

This website and the help chat are provided for information. Answers from the help chat are generated automatically and may be incomplete — please confirm anything important with us by email before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Akola, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
