Help chat: the messages you type into the help chat and the page you were on. If you use the email escalation button, that draft is created in your own mail app — we only receive it once you send it.
Technical data: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver work you have asked for.
To assess job applications and contact candidates.
To answer questions in the help chat and improve the accuracy of its answers.
To keep the website secure and working correctly.
4. Who else is involved
Our website hosting and infrastructure provider, which processes server logs on our behalf.
Our email and WhatsApp Business providers, for the messages you send us.
The AI provider that powers the help chat, which processes your chat messages to generate a reply. Please do not put sensitive personal or confidential information into the chat.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries and project correspondence: for the duration of the engagement and for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records.
Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Help chat messages: kept only as long as needed to answer the question and check quality.
7. Your choices
